Is HUNH the next JFF this offseason?

Doesn't their argument have to do with their defensive players AGAINST the HUNH, and not the HUNH offensive players themselves?

Even more evidence that the HUNH doesn't cause more injuries.

That's part if it yes. But offensive players get hurt too. It doesn't look like this study takes into account which side of the ball the players are hurt and what type of offense their defense has to go against.

Saban's argument is that more plays = more injuries. Therefore defense/offense shouldn't matter

Pretty much.

We all need to hear what DaleDenton has to say about this, though.

That article lists UGA as a "slow" team.

Have they paid any attention to our offense the last two years?

eta: I get that it has to do with the number of plays run per game, but when you have so many explosive plays that result in quick scores, it doesn't make you slow-paced.

Saban thinks: more plays, less time to adjust.

We'd need to see defensive injuries included for this to be the case.

So we have to hear even more excuses? No thanks...

The HUNH doesn't cause any more injuries when compared to a standard offense. Period.

I'm not sure you will understand this, but a slow team's offensive injuries have nothing to do with their defense getting injured against fast teams.
