Ask Saban. He would flat out tell you who he rather have. Different type back as well. Fournette is a top 3 in country. I would put Chubb in top 15

Probably, but fournette was a moron for choosing lsu. He had an 18 yard run when he accumulated 31 yards total against bama. That run was laaaaaate.

Does him getting drafted higher give LSU a retroactive trophy or something? I never understood the potential NFL argument.

Not everyone wants to play for Alabama, believe it or not.

The "Chubb is better than Fournette" garbage only exists on this internet message board. No one in real life would even fathom taking Chubb over Fournette.

Peoples downvotes for this comment will prove that.

No, but LSU has two NC trophies in the case in the past 15 years. When is the last time UGA won a NC with all the talent going through that program?

Then you're not very bright. It's ok. This place is loaded with morons. Luckily for you, nobody will bat an eyelash.

Why would any college fan not be proud of how high their favorite players go in the NFL draft and when they perform well at that level?
I have never understood why so many rednecks don't give a shite what happens to these young men when they limp off of campus and end up broke five years later.

I have met your kind and it usually goes like this...."hell...I don't care what happens to them when they leave....I don't even watch the NFL.... I watch SEC footbawwwl, wrasslin, nascar and bass fishin."

Yeah all that is great, champ. My question is what does being awesome in the NFL have to do with their current status as college athletes. The question is Chubb vs. Fournette right now, not in the NFL.

I thought I already explained it "greatly" as you exclaimed.
If you can't understand why the two are interconnected then I can only hope you have not or will not reproduce.

How many college coaches and NFL GM's do you think would take Chubb over Fournette today?
Give me a percentage please. I'm in the mood for a good laugh as I sip my Sunday morning coffee.

You win. I'm not going to argue with a guy that says "Louisianimal" seriously.

I'm not going to continue to e-kick your head in if you think I used "louisianimal" seriously.

Well, since the last time Chubb played his big toe kicked his hip bone and he's rehabbing, I'll venture to say 0% would take Chubb today.

But why does that matter? They both run the football in the SEC and one is superior to the other in every measurable category. By your logic Sam Bowie is better than Michael Jordan because GM's thought so.

Not sure either is a top 3 back. Fournete may become one but was never blown away by Chubb. Thought he was good but wasn't wowed with anything he did.

Chubb > booger. LF has yet to even be the best RB in the SEC either year he has played in the conference. Chubb has.
