19 carries for 31 yards

If he goes for even just 80 yards, he goes to New York. 90 to 100 and he wins the Heisman even if LSU loses anyway.

LSU isn't in the playoffs, he wasn't going to win anyway

And when it happens again next year do you think he'll just be sick over his choice of schools to attend?

The moon landing, just like the Bama/LSU game, was faked in a Hollywood studio.

Thanks. I've been wondering all this time why LF7 wasn't even a finalist. This stat should be very helpful to all LSU fans who didn't watch that game

I think he lost the Heisman vs. Bama. I think he lost his invite when he fumbled 3 times inside the 2 yard line against Ole Miss.

I honestly can't wait til next season so Fournette will have a second (I don't count anyone's freshman season against them) chance to prove his worth. LSU fans kind of invited this trolling with their superlatives in the first half of the season, but it's time for everyone to just acknowledge that LF is a helluva player who had a bad game against a top-notch defense. It happens. Saban's defenses have made a lot of players look bad over the years.

It was mainly due to the fact we thought we had a "run-first" O-line and there was a possibility they might create some holes to get Fournette at least 80 yards rushing against Bama...

We were sadly mistaken

No question play-calling and personnel hurt. I won't say Miles called a great game because he didn't. But the entire season prior to that game gave him every reason to think the offensive style LSU had used thus far was an effective one. When Harris didn't have time to look downfield at his leisure and the entire line was collapsing, it's hard to imagine what adjustments Les (or Cam) could have made to turn the game around. Please note that I am not getting involved in the LSU fan civil war over Miles. He has made some baffling choices in his career. But this one is at least understandable on a game level if not on an overall team development level.
