Yeah those guys just do corporate crimes. Now if he had said he had a million or two stolen from him in pyramid or real estate scheme, that Jake found out about him having an affair with his wife, tried to fire a warning shot to intimidate Kenny but ended up accidentally hitting him after he tripped while trying to take a call from his accountant while confronting Kenny or if he'd said Jake was mad because he owed him 10 dollars it'd be more believable.
In all seriousness, Kenny Miles sounds like he's a well-liked guy that's struggling right now. He doesn't sound mean or spiteful but like someone who panicked when the event happened.

And I was one of them. At this point I'm just like WTF, Kenny? None of it makes any sense at all. I'd love to know the truth behind why he did it and what he thought he had to gain by doing so, other than embarrassing the hell out of the Gamecock Nation that stood firmly behind his made up story. Frickin' dumbass.
