Between Teaff and Briles, Baylor went 54-116 (23-94)

That spans a period between 1992-2007.

Over that 16 year period, Baylor had an average record of 4-7 with an average conference record of 1-6.

When you have a small private school, any coach that is average or worse is going to have a bad record there.
