That's ridiculous. Please don't misunderstand me. I'm not promoting public intoxication but considering the things I've done in my past when I was 18-20 yrs old ( I got married at 21) to kick a kid off for this is stupid.

Yeah, but he got arrested the very week he came off of being suspended for failing drug tests.

Sean was a good kid and his off the field problems are probably being overblown. He wasn't the right QB for Gus though.

I won't pile on here. I don't like Auburn but Sean White did a hell of a job last year and Auburn would've been a different team had he not got hurt. Would've lost to Vandy had he not come in hurt.

Hope he lands somewhere. He got a shite deal.

I love making fun of Auburn but this really seems like an over reaction. What college kid isn't out drunk in public in a college town on the weekend?

Guess they need to make room on the roster for next year?

Processed.

Didn't know this. Guess as a repeat offender you got to go.

Ah I didn't know that. I never jump
On any of these kids because my past isn't spotless. I'm not saying excuse poor behavior but kicking them off the team doesn't correct the situation for the player necessarily. He has had a rough offseason. It sounds like it has taken its toll on him and now he has drug and alcohol issues. He needs help. Why not surround him with guys that must care about him.

This was more of a last straw type of thing. He was suspended first two games for failing a drug test (2nd one I believe) and then the next day after suspension is lifted he get arrested.

Sucks because White was a nice security blanket for us this year and played his heart out the last few seasons but pretty sure this was his 3rd strike

Were you representing your school? And already had several strikes against you?

I would agree if there wasn't other disciplinary issues with SW. Sorry our coach doesnt play players who get arrested. Hell, he doesn't even let players play while on the field.

He pushes players away when a better one comes along. That's disgusting.
