this was one of the great series in the South

We decided to de-emphasize our football program after this game because we didn't want to be cheating fricks like y'all. That's why we've sucked since.

it really was a great series. Probably the biggest in the SEC in the late '50's through the 1960's.

My first Ole Miss-LSU game, my freshman year. The crowd reaction when the ref's arms went up to signal the touchdown is something I will never forget. My ears are still ringing!

Though the game might not mean as much on a national scale, still a lot of great games played.
1998, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2010 all really good games. 12-9 series last 21 years. Plenty of good football.
