Who the best back in the country is.
Already faced Fournette
Face Cook this week
Henry next week
Who will post the best stats vs the Florida defense and become the undisputed king of running backs?

Hurd is a beast. Saw him live against Bama. Violent runner. Henry will do what he always does. In the 4th qtr, he will be unstoppable. His line wants that Heisman more than he does. He's a nasty middle linebacker with terrific speed and great technique. You can stop it for a while, but it wears on you, and he gets stronger. He really is unique in what he does.

Hurd is about as violent a runner as Jimbo Fisher is LSUs next HC. Lulz

Hurd is an upright runner and easy to knock off his pins. He did improve this year from last...but Dobbs running ability has helped him.

He was upright last year, he's the furthest thing from it this season, really benefited from bulking up to 240 in the offseason. started really running behind his pads and it's paid off big time, rarely if ever gets solo tackled and is always falling forward for extra yards. Combine it with his already elite field vision and he's looking at an unbelievable junior season if he and our line stay healthy.
And Yeah of course Dobbs running helps him, considering the majority of our runs are zone reads and if Dobbs isn't a threat defenses can just key in on Jalen.

I agree. Out of the several great backs I saw play Bama, Hurd left me with the impression that he is going to be nasty next year and has an very high ceiling. Only a true Sophomore
