He beat LSU at home in spite of having an average of 6 spots worse in recruiting with 5 of the top tacklers (and best players) out of the game. Two senior safeties, two senior linebackers and a senior defensive lineman out of the game, with almost exclusively freshmen backing them all up.

Quinn was hired at Miami to work for Muschamp ... then Muschamp brought him to Florida as his DC.
He left Florida for Seattle.
