Florida would be the ? best team in Texas?

Thinking about it right now is interesting, they would be the 3rd best team in Alabama, Georgia and Missisipi, second in Arkansas, LA, Tennessee, and their own state of Florida.
In Texas they'd be 5th?
Tcu, Baylor, Aggies, Texas, Florida?

Fun fact- Florida's won more national titles in the last 10 years than every team in Texas combined has won in the last 30.

GT ran on them too, I mean I don't know who that 3rd team in Georgia is ahead of us (Georgia State maybe) but clearly Sicem meant Georgia is the 5th best team in its own state.
