Florida win and Alabama loss = progress for UT?

Seeing as the latter is inevitable based on these first few weeks, how would a Florida win, Alabama loss, and Georgia reaching the SECCG be viewed by UT fans? Does it put Jones on the hot seat regardless or does UT have to hit a double whammy and actually beat both this year?

I think beating UF gives Jones another year to try and beat Bama, and/or make it to Atlanta. They will be grateful to have that monkey off their back, but they will then realize they have a 10 game losing streak to Bama.
