I'd like to get Stidham too, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. The three games he started were against the #33, #95 and #121 rated pass defenses and he lost to #33. The Big 12 is not known for their defensive prowess so he is not a guarantee to excel against the SEC. I remember the last wunderkind from Stephenville to take the SEC by storm by the name of Jevan Snead. He turned out OK but far from great. So let's pump the brakes a little bit on shuffling our coaches around for a transfer who couldn't win the starting job at Baylor.
