USC has won the most medals in Olympic history and a USC athlete has won a medal at every Summer Olympics since 1904.

The point is, not everyone is watching it live (or a lot of people for that matter). At the least change the title and throw out a spoiler warning until it actually shows on TV (which is what's being done on the Olympics Board out of courtesy).
