Why wasn't an alternative site discussed earlier in the week to allow enough time for site prep and play the game?

UF fans won't have the answer to this. Most are embarrassed by their University's actions or rather lack there of

LSU fans - Hey guys there is a hurricane lets come up with a plan B

Florida fans - We know hurricanes and it will be sunny, we'll be fine

LSU fans - if you insist

Thursday

Florida fans - How do you not care about the safety of our players and devastation, why don't you give up your home game 11/19 and head back to the swamp?

Florida's Athletic Director Jeremy Foley is either completely incompetent for not having alternatives available, or he purposefully did not want to have this game played.

There is literally no other option. I'd like to see which one that Florida fans side with. Was he scared or just too stupid to handle this situation?

Take this crybaby shite to the tiger board. We're here to talk about football games that are actually happening, not fictitious ones

Clay Travis explained it: LINK

But Florida really should have come up with a contingency plan that allowed them to play this week. Part of me thinks Florida was happy to avoid the game this week because it allows Luke Del Rio another week to heal and they hope to have him for the rest of the season.

Plus, I think the Gators realize that they have a better chance of going to Atlanta if this game is never played at all.

Really?

Foley apparently can't read a forecast map. And he's a better AD than Alleva?

Foley can't even comprehend a weather forecast.
