Also, use this thread to ask any questions about tRebals if you'd like.

What's going on with the ground game? Why is your defensive end your best back right now?

OL: Decent, better than expected, but just decent. Young.

Punter: Not precise but can boom it.

LB: What's left of them? Good. But Muffcramp massacred our LB depth to begin with and of the ones we started out with 2 are hurt. One of which arguably is our best cover LB in Anzalone. Ya'll might expose us with over the middle passes.

Our offensive line can't get much of a push, especially on runs up the middle.

Alabama and Vandy consistently stopped us inside the tackles when we ran the football.

I don't mind that RN5 is scoring TDs. Would you get in that guy's way?

We haven't attached the middle of the field this season as much as we did last season, something I attribute to the strength of Chad Kelly's arm compared to Dr. Bo's.

Chad missed a ton of open receivers over the middle and, instead, stared down receivers on the outside and flats against Vandy.

Of course. I think it's great for his heisman campaign as well.

Hopefully Collins matches up Poole (NB) or Maye (S) up on Engram because Davis (LB) and Morrison (LB) can not cover him. Anzalone might be able but still would like a DB to cover Engram.

Oline has been better than expected but one key. Our center sucks. If you line Robert up on him he will destroy him

LB's we have a lot of talent..but not a lot of depth...and injuries hurt it even worse.

Punter hes got a cannon

We can't get shite going inside, but we have success on the edges so far. Walton is averaging 6.3 YPC and Wilkins is over 5, I think. We're hurting badly on the OLine w/o Tunsil. Starting 2 freshmen (one at LG and one at RT) is never a good thing on the OL.

We've had redzone issues because Freeze wants to get cute and put in special "packages" on the goal line. That shite drives me insane. It hasn't worked since Brunetti was here. Just stop.

This is where we'll miss a talent like Issac Gross.

He's severely undersized for the DL, but he would routinely eat opposing centers's lunches and then move on to the QB or RB for dessert. Really wish he hadn't gotten hurt.

Our punter has been pretty good and has boomed some. He was our starting punter 2 yrs ago when our returning Ray Guy shoo in was injured.

Our OL has been better than expected...we have been starting two true frosh (Ivey and Fred Johnson-aka human vending machine)and also insert true frosh Tyler Jordan at times to make it three true frosh playing. Only 1 senior OL no juniors and the rest are sophs/frosh. Next year look out!

There is a reason why Ole Miss cant run up the middle and its a common theme in all SEC games these days...teams are stacking the line with DL/LB and forcing teams to throw. LBs arent as important as they used to be and thats because passing is the norm for teams and they sub LB for extra safety or CB help.

When you play teams like LSU or UGA you really have to stack the line and if you have really good tacklers (like us), you hope to have DL penetrate and disrupt the ball carrier like Chubb or Fournette before they can get a head of steam. Sounds good in theory, but they have the ability with their OL and great RBs to break the line and create a small crease to run through...once those two backs are past the line of scrimmage its katie bar the door.

Reel I know you are the kind of pumper of the group, but even you can't think we tackle well. Freak we can't tackle at all. If we tackled well, Tenn scored on one drive. Had players in position all game and missed at least 15 tackles

The shotgun from the 1 was just retarded.

He always does it.

One thing I'm looking forward to:

Speaking of VH3, what's his status? Did he look hampered by that back issue he went out with?

I know it sounds like I'm fishing for "good" news of him being injured, but I'm really not.

Well 2008 I was already long winded in my response to Tornado...but was going to add that we are a very good tackling team except for last weekend. You need to rewatch all of our games this season and last year to see what I am seeing. We almost always make sure tackles in the open field. The tackles we missed this past week were in the open field variety...not straight ahead runs. SEC backs are hard to tackle in open space (except for our backs lol)...

My comment was our whole body of work. Tip your hat to UT also...they ran determined and wanted to end our streak. Dobbs was impressive running. But passing was mediocre. We have been rock solid stopping the run game the past two years....so try not to color us with one brush stroke my friend.

We will probably finish the season ranked top ten in the country in rush defense and you dont do that unless you tackle well.

His lower back flared up but he finished the game.

At least Tabor comes back this week, so our secondary should have everyone available.
