Missouri delivered last year going 1-7 in the league with those 4th and 5th rounders. You really showed us how to maximize the talent on your roster. Well done.
I will add that whoever gets Steven Scheu (Vanderbilt TE) as an undrafted free agent is getting a steal. Somebody should have taken a chance with him in one of the later rounds.

Interesting since his first class he brought in will be Seniors this year. No one he recruited was even draft eligible 2 years ago.
Tennessee will have one, maybe two, first round picks in 2017.
I'd say his development is fine so far.

He can only develop players he recruited? He couldn't get ONE guy into the 6th or 7th round?

Exactly, there have been plenty of coaches that have come in and developed players that they never recruited. I'm not saying Butch is a bad developer but that is a weak argument.

Agreed. He's done an outstanding job considering the talent he's had to work with.
