they could have played Sunday (hell they could have played Saturday).

GA Fl could move their game up one week and FL LSU could play on the 29th. Bet there are other ways too, took me about 3 minutes to find that.

Somebody doesn't want to play

and anybody that says something like 'that only gives us one week to prepare for so and so instead of two weeks' needs to be grabbed by the pussy.

You say this in every thread, you want this so bad.

It's your wet dream for LSU to have play in the swamp 5 days before kickoff at Kyle Field. We get it

LSU @Ark @UF @A&M in 12 days.

I would be all for you switching Ole Miss and UTSA too. Shocker right?

We want to they don't even Ray Charles could see what Florida pulled here. 5 starters out on defense and a banged up QB. Trolling SEC ranters are the only ones making up other causes such as LSU not wanting to play which is a absurd assumption especially coming from a team we just dropped 42 and over 600 yards on. I will give credit where credit is due though, Foley and butter teeth played this to it's fullest, and got what they wanted. I just hope we can get it played without costing the Baton Rouge community millions of revenue that would help rebuild from the 100 year flood. You remember that right all that rain for a solid week.

Cut LSU a check for 10,000,000 and move the Aggie game to Saturday and it's a deal.

Now it's $10M??

Earlier it was $1.5M.. then $3.5M.. then $5M... now $10M??

Goal posts are moving. If you guys don't want to play UF just say so. Quit hiding behind ever increasing payouts.

Good god.

I think 1.5 is buyout for South Alabama. Hell I saw one article that had a 15,000,000 impact in hotel, restaurant, and other income to businesses in the community. I found that at the high end of estimating so I went with an arbitrary 10,000,000. For a small school like USB I would say it would be less. Now a school comes in like Alabama and I could see 10,000,000 in revenue for a home game. Now aggie would your school give up that kind of money? No it would not to a school

Maybe if you say it 1000 more times, it will come true!

Won't help you, A&M will do what it does every year... flop in November.

There is a lot more involved in scheduling an SEC game than just telling the teams to show up.
The game will more than likely be rescheduled for Nov. 19th with some kind of financial resolution for both sides and the LSU / TA&M game will probably be moved to Saturday instead of Thursday. This option will cause the least amount of changes and scheduling problems.
Call the SEC office and demand it.

Why would Florida need financial restitution if the game is moved to the 19th?

The least amount of change in scheduling problems is just to move the dam SEC championship back a week. I don't understand why we can't just move back a game that NO ONE is scheduled for at the moment instead of fricking with 6 teams schedules. frick the committee if they need to wait a week. We already have to wait a fricking month for the natty after the regular season. I doubt UF and Lsu will be in that conversation anyway.
