0-10 in basketball
1-15 in baseball

Seems you fail to look in the mirror

I'm not 0-10 in basketball. But I have picked a team to cheer on. Go hit on your CMA or whatever they call them in your state.

So you really are a Line Beard posing as a Mizzou fan?

If you are a Mizzou fan the records don't lie 0-10

My team is 0-10 in whatever metric you're talking about. You are personally a loser.

As much as I hate and believe that term is overused, I think you're right.

I try not to use it as I feel the same as you, but until our d shows they can play a complete game, consider me a skeptic. Mizzou has a legit offense but no d we have a legit offense but a kinda there sometimes d

The only thing legit about this offense is Crockett. He seriously looks to be one of the best backs we've ever had. Lock put up huge numbers against lesser competition last year but struggled against good defenses. His completion % I think was about 48% against SEC competition, but he has an NFL arm and the hurry up offense could be an advantage against SC with only slightly better talent than Mizzou.

Homer prediction: MIZ 48 - SC 38

Realistic prediction: SC 38 - MIZ 31

I'm thinking the same. People talking bout out lack of rushing last gane, it wasn't part of the game plan, you dont run into the teeth of one of the best and most experienced front 7s in football. Dowdle, Williams, and turner will get their yards on Saturday.

Our d has to get off the field on 3rd down and we need to score TDs and bleed as much clock as possible to limit Mizzous offense as much as possible.

That is actually pretty hilarious. Where's TT16 been? haven't seen him around.

USCe 38
MIZ 35

Hope I'm wrong. Squeaker, that could go either way? I'll believe in the Mizzou D when I see them stop someone. This game will somewhat determine the direction of our season.

The biggest thing to me about this game is that neither offense is going to look like it did last week. We didn't really even attempt to establish the run, which was smart against that front and with their lack of experience on the back end, and we were in 2 TE sets in Max Protection the whole game that took all of our TE play out of commission. It was a smart game plan for them but that's not what you'll see on Saturday.

Likewise, it is easy to say "ah well Lock only had to make super easy throws bc as long as the WR made their guy miss at the line of scrimmage he's taking it to the house every time." While that was true for your game against Zou State, that doesn't mean thats all the guy can do or all thats all Heupel will call. Truth be told there is a lot of wrinkles offensively that even the fanbases haven't seen yet. What it will likely come down to is the same thing it came down to last year.... turnovers. If there is more than one guy on a tackle from our D, one of them is ripping at the ball every time. Got 2 out last week and a few more that were coming out as the whistle blew.
