Only 3 teams in the Top 15? Jeebus

- 11th in YPP
- 8 games with 350+ yards
- 6 games with 400+ yards
- 4 games with 500+ yards
- 2 games with 600+ yards

LSU was a pretty good, but limited offense. They are a lot like Auburn. If you can't tackle against the run LSU can name their yardage total and score. If you are very good against the run LSU will struggle. Wisconsin, Auburn, Alabama and Florida can stop the run (and LSU still had 325+ yards vs Auburn and Florida).

It's completely about matchups with LSU - but in this day and age of college football only 15-20 teams fall into the group that can stop what LSU does.

EDIT : I assume you are saying it should be lower, I guess.

maybe you can petition them to create a set of "Post Les Miles" and "Exlcuding Games Against Alabama and Florida" stats. I'm assuming that's the data pack some LSU fans would only consider to be accurate.

I took his "No" comment as a "There is no way we had an offense good enough for 24."

But now that I look at it, he could have meant the opposite.

They fired their OC for this? Weird. Strange, even.

The fact that these four teams managed to finish at the bottom of the league despite having not faced Alabama should warrant some sort of special recognition. That's really stepping up your suck game.

He didn't make halftime adjustments. Our point totals in the second half of games we were tied or only down one score at the half:

Arkansas - 10
Auburn - 7
LSU - 0
MSU - 0

That shite was completely unacceptable.

And against Alabama they had 6 pts before the flurry at the end of the game once Alabama had gone up 48-30.

From the 4:40 mark of the 2nd quarter to the 2:59 mark of the 4th qtr Ole Miss had 6 offensive points. The score went from 17-3 to 30-48.

Yep.

We had a bad habit of stagnating once the opposing team adjusted.

Granted part of that was also on freeze. He never trusted Dan with 3rd or 4th down calls or red zone calls. Hopefully he puts his trust in whoever he goes now.
