I would love to have that regional for A&M. DBU (32), UW(49) & Binghamton (115)

So, #7 Ole Miss gets robbed of a national seed in place of #11 South Carolina?

South Carolina swept Ole Miss in Oxford. That's a huge deal if they are close. Wouldn't really call it "robbed"

They must be going by head-to-head. South Carolina swept Ole Miss.

We swept them at their place. A lot of our national seed chances depend on what happens this weekend against Bama and if we win a game or two in Hoover.

I don't know how much weight the tourney will have. Recently they seem to boost teams with good performances, but not knock down teams with poor performances.

I can understand USCe getting the #8 national seed over Ole Miss...but I find it hard to understand why they would then match Ole Miss with the #2 seed Miami in the super regionals. The Hurricanes have had a really great season and earned the #2 seed nationally. and the reward for this accomplishment is facing the #6 team in the country..lol, hurricanes should be pissed.

I agree. We have sucked in the tourney in year's past and still got national seeds. 2011 and 2012 come to mind.

I'd much rather Alabama end up in somebody like Southern Miss' regional than a power team with lots of arms like Miami.

Could really use our depth of arms in a regional with ULL and USM.

UVA has been coming on strong late. They won series against UNC, Miami, and GT in a row including 8/9 games.

South Carolina deserves it more than we do. Don't really see Ole Miss fans complaining much unless we take 2 or 3 from a&m this weekend.( and that's just not going to happen)

Eh they're ok. 9-2 in last 11. Hell they have a worse rpi, conference record, overall record, and hot streat than lsu does.

You don't see anyone saying lsu is a national seed (rightfully so). That's a strange pick to me.

There is all this stink about needing west coast hosts.

The closest team int he AZ regional is almost 500 miles. Same with CSF, their closest is just under 300 miles. Kind of ruins the point of having hosts there.

There are also no northern hosts. UL (or is it UVA) is the most northern host. Both are still considered south.
