Favorite underrated player?

An old favorite of mine is Eryk Anders from Nick's first couple of years.
The rant remembers him the most from the 2010 national championship game. He was the player that knocked Garrett Gilbert the frick out and caused the fumble that was the proverbial stake through the heart for Texas.
Fun fact about that game:
Leigh Tiffin, despite being an all American that season, missed the final extra point of the game. The same thing happened in 2011.

He's a pretty damn good MMA fighter now.
Kevin Norwood was always my favorite that didn't get a lot of attention.

But seriously, Nick Marshall.
Should be remembered as one of the all-time greats (speech skills notwithstanding) but through most of 2014 there were people screaming to put Jeremy in over him. His running the zone read was an absolute thing of beauty
ETA: Unpopular opinion: I'd rather have a Nick Marshall 2013/14 offense than a Cam Newton 2010 offense. Dont @ me

More recent but Jeff Scott. Fun little scatty back who could take it the house on any play. Too small for the NFL tho.
Had this game winning TD run vs Vandy couple years back:

He was pretty good. If I remember correctly, he's the one that opened the '09 IB with a long TD run off of a reverse. Then caught the first TD for AU in the '10 IB.
In the Saban era, I'd have to go Nick Gentry in '11.

Michael Bennett was automatic on 3rd downs. Dude hardly ever dropped the ball.

Kenny Miles, a smaller back we had during Marcus Lattimore's era. That kid was one hell of a back, and only got to shine when the once in a generation Lattimore couldn't go. He would have started on half of the SEC teams.

A-holeo, that's my pick.
#2 Bobby Greenwood
#3 Nick Gentry

Not trying to be a douche or anything but....how is a first team All american corner and kick/punt returner underrated?

I'd say Brandon Cox. Dude wasn't a stud, but he knew how to win.
