. Probably do burgers and dogs later in the day, and some finger foods. Fried pickles sound pretty damn good and havent had them in a while. Once deer season comes around I'll stuff some backstrap on gameday.

I'm all about the backstrap myself. But do a bunch of grilled sausage and cut them up into bite sized pieces for toothpicks. Then dip in Sweet Baby Rays Bbq sauce. Oh yeah, that's good eaten for finger food appetizers right there, trust me.

Try to find Manda smoked sausage. If not, Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa it awesome.

UBON's There Will Be Bloodies - bloody mary mix
Titos
Jalapeno stuffed olives
Frozen tomato juice ice cubes
Worcestershire
Cane family secret dry rub around the rim (like salt on a margarita glass)

Mixing ratios will vary with taste and with number of drinks poured

Ribeyes, sausage, or chicken/ribs on the grill.
When it gets a little cooler we make gumbo.
Lots of whiskey before and after.

Im 33 and still barely able to take care of myself.

I hate sour cream but it has to go in the dip or its only 6 layer.

1 Tip for bacon wrapped shrimp.
butterfly them so you have room for the cream cheese and small strip of jalapeno.
