just looking at the past polls I can see an LSU bias. They had LSU in the top 10 for 2009 and 2014

I think OP thinks that link is comparing their preseason poll to how it actually plays out in the season. But what they're doing is predicting what the AP poll that's released in August will look like

This feels true
In our defense u could also say that about most of our league except for gotdam Alabama. There are a handful of SEC schools who's goal every year is an SEC and NC so there is always plenty of let down to go around.....but yes, we do seem to whip ourselves into a frenzy of disappointment don't we lol
