Does Saban realize the dynasty is over? Seems like he knows that last year was Bama's last shot at a title now that Les is gone at LSU. I know Saban hates losing. Will he ever be able to get over the loss to Clemson?

He mentions all last second / late game losses.

Troll on lil bud

FYI Alabama has two losses over the last two years, two SEC Championships, one national championship and went on a 26 game winning streak.

This thread is sad, and you should feel bad about yourself.

I try to digest a little of Sec Rant each week...This offseason LSU and Auburn fans have been insufferable.

Just because the dynasty may be over, doesn't mean Saban will stop owning LSU

Well shite. It's on ESPN so it must be true. Now I've got to take all my Bama shirts back to Walmart.

Do you really mean it's over this time? Because you've said it was over a few times at this point.

I though it was over after Alabama lost to A&M/Manziel in 2012? Or Auburn in 2013? Or Ohio State in 2014?

Is it for real for real over this time?

I understand why Auburn fans are the way they are. It's part of their identity. But LSU fans really ought to be ashamed of themselves. They claim to be on the same level as the Bamas and Floridas of the world, but they are certainly not acting the part.

this is embarrassing. A loss that happened on the last play from scrimmage denying them a repeat and 5 out of 8 and its "over?"

Um,no.

This thread is like shooting at a buffalo with a bb gun. The Gumps aren't going away any time soon. The team is loaded with talent. I will say that CNS maybe is not the best in game coach but to say "the dynasty is over" is simply wrong. In terms of the team always being a contender for the foreseeable future, it is still there.

It's still funny to see how rustled some of the gump posters are about it though.

Yes....then they start pulling out all the stats as if they have to prove how good they are!
I think LSU fans are well aware of it!

If someone kicked my arse as much as Alabama has LSU, I'd think I would be aware of it too.

He probably should regret it, and it kind of was on him, as he notes, because it probably wasn't a good idea changing offensive co-ordinators a week before the game. In the article, though he says the fault lies with him that UA didn't play great in the playoffs, he then says that changing OCs a week before wasn't a big thing, but I think it was.

He's a great coach, probably the best ever in college ball, but he isn't infallible.
