FTR I am OK with Orgeron hire. Was my third choice but obviously 1 and 2 weren't coming.

What I cant comprehend is how low class ESPN was to run that story on LSU coaching search that was sourced to a non involved third party Texas booster. In my mind Chris Low should be fired and banned from SEC media.

The story was going to come out after the game anyway but it was just pure trash reporting the way it was done.

How would you non LSU folks have felt if it was your program in the spotlight?

No accountability. On College Football Sunday they praised the O hire and in the same breath ran LSU down. Hilarious.

Our program wouldn't have fired a national championship winning coach 4 games into the season.

Power brokers at UT got that out to put pressure on the UT admin to pull the trigger. That's all.

That was due to your NC winning coach refusing to adjust.

He was given a chance to change his assistants and he refused.

The LSU program is bigger than Miles.

Edit: shite. Quoted wrong poster.

Meant that quote for OP.

what an idiotic way to look at Coach Miles. It was almost a decade ago & Saban's leftovers.

Yeah all those 10 win seasons were because of Saban.

I know that sounds awesome to an Arkansas fan but LSU's expectations are a litter higher than a conference bottom feeder has.

LSU's expectations are like the old saying wish in one hand and shite in the other and see which one fills first. You can think LSU is this awesome program but it really isn't.

That's the sad thing fans would love results like LSU has had but your fan base is not realistic.

That's why they went out and hired the next Saban.

We didn't even fire Dubose until after the 8th game (a loss to Central Florida). Shula wasn't fired until after the end of the regular season.

2005, 2006, and 2007 seasons miles won 10 games with Sabans players. You can try to spin it how ever you want but it is the truth.

You fired Miles and hired his D line coach with a 10-25 record. Any shite y'all get from anyone is well deserved. Sack up and deal with it.
