Just now. After all of these years being fully confident in my heterosexuality, you have me wondering because I made a Aggie joke.

his name is everywhere and seems to be THE safety in the SEC

I mean, he's great in run support and also an excellent pass defender. Safeties who excel at defending both the run and the pass aren't a dime a dozen.

Asking which is it doesn't make much sense.

Of course it does. Being overrated is relative and you've now played both sides of it to try and troll.

If he's overrated relative to his production in college, so is Eddie Jackson, whom Bama fans think is legit. Hence the reason I asked. If you don't think Jackson is, then neither is Adams.

Pretty simple actually.

Which Alabama RB is overrated in the NFL?

That would be a big jump from where LSU was last season. I would probably take Bama #1 followed by Georgia with Florida and LSU vying for 3rd best.

I'm pretty sure you know I don't troll this board. At least not in legit threads.

In damn near every article or segment on TV I see, "the Alabama secondary with soon to be stars Fitz and Marlon....oh and Eddie Jackson." I don't see much about his draft stock either.

Jamal Adams is talked about very frequently and I've read about his 1st round potential more times than I can count.

Why in the shite does one have to be overrated if the other is? Adams gets WAY more hype from most outlets and here and from LSU fans.

Unless I'm mistaken, Jackson is pretty highly rated as a prospect too.

ETA: A quick search confirms it. Jackson is a consensus top 5 safety and 1-2 round pick.

Are you kidding?

he's the MASTER:

(I like the one where the Mississippi coach just gets out of his way to let the master work - even though he could've just caught him and saved his team the 15-yard penalty)

That shite never gets old.

Never.

Well dang, I didn't think he was rated all that high. He doesn't seem all that athletic to me. Kinda thought he had to rely on playing smart and being in the right place at the right time.

I think Alabama will have the best secondary in the SEC. Fitz, Marlon, and Eddie returning is HUGE. Ronnie Harrison is going to be a beast as well. If Alabama can find a replacement for Cyrus(looks like it'll be AA) I'm not sure how another tam can be ranked higher than them to start the season. What they return, added to their stats last year, makes it hard to believe that they shouldn't be #1. Obviously things can change once games start.

I'm not trying to be a dick, btw. Thread is about rankings, and I'm bored and in the mood to talk a little football.

What you have to understand is that LSU always has the most talented team in the history of football.

Always.

And then they always shite the bed.
