Yes and it's a nightmare with Hotwire & the insurance company now. I'm actually in the process of writing a letter to Governor Jindal's office about this. We tried to get our money back and they claimed that since flights are still going in and out of New Orleans they will not refund. We have a couple of nights in a hotel that we booked throught Orbit and they refunded immediately, but not Hotwire. Don't use those bastards.
