Yep...which is very similar to the financial adviser/would-be agents that were involved with Reggie Bush and ultimately brought down USC.

Odds are Tunsil doesn't own it either. If you read the T&Cs of most of these things, the company owns the account. They do this in case someone uses the account for illigal activity.

NCAA and the law do not regulate agents (player's representative) or FA's.
They are regulated by the NFL players union.
The union could simply say: no more agents or FA's. They only allow the agent to charge 3% for services to a NFL player.
There is no limit what the agent can take from the coaches paycheck. col. Tom took >50% from Elvis.
