Bama / SEC fans - what do you think? Does LSU have a chance to beat you guys this year? How much of a chance do you give the tigers?

Surely you agree that this is not the same Les Miles led -attack the opposition's strength - LSU team. Matt Canada and Dave Aranda look like the real deal. Coach O just lets them run their game and leaves the mic of his headset folded back most of the game, and that is a welcome sign for Tiger fans.

Let's at the very least see what the Tigahs do in Starkville before we start this crap.

Alabama 23
LSU 10

Seems about right. Don't think Alabama defense is as good as last year, and LSU offense will probably be good enough to get some points on the board.

LSU defense looks stout, but I'm still not sold on our secondary yet. That being said, I don't think Hurts is a good passer at all. Alabama probably wins the turnover battle, though, because they'll run the ball a lot and have a very conservative offensive game plan.

Although I believe Alabama will still be better than LSU, let's be honest, Alabama won't score 23 points against LSU's defense. I think it'll be more of a 13-6 ball game in bama's favor, at this point..

We've got at least two or three little brothers to body slam first... get in line.

Maybe not. LSU did win the turnover battle last year against Alabama. I'll assume Alabama wins it this year playing at home. That could be the difference in Alabama scoring 2 touchdowns or scoring 1 like last year.

You got to be more sensible too

23 or even 28 is fair considering their offense will have a bunch of short field.

I'm still pissed we lined up in the shotgun on 4th and goal on the 1 on our first drive of the second half. Bring in the jumbo package and line up under center damnit.

Brakes need to be tapped. LSU beat a pathetic BYU team. I gotta see more (way more) to convince me that LSU could beat Alabama.

I predict lots of tangle eyed cretins being shat out by Americas most disgusting, vile, pathetic population of women 9 months from the game if Bama wins and lots of cousins/sister-wives being seen in the ER for catching a beating from their mustard stained shirt wearing, fat, disgusting, jobless, drunk, inbred, brainless brotherHusband who's never seen the inside of a University if they lose.

Lsu became 1 of 5 teams in the last 10 years to not allow an opponent to cross the 50 yard line the entire game. Per finbaum

Pride cometh before the fall.

LSU looks good so far, but they have bigger hurdles than BYU to face before even getting close to playing Alabama.

Way too early for a thread like this. And these threads are exactly why some of us talk so much shite on you corndogs.

Bama looks very vulnerable this year. That FSU squad is extremely overrated, and people are selling our domination of BYU short. They are a very tough physical squad.

Plus, the game is being played in our second home stadium - Bryant Denny. Better known as Death Valley East.
