I will always remember him calling everyone "daddy," saying "if you wheel" while making crazy analogies, and saying getting to the "paywinduh" to further the business. RIP Dweam!

that's awesome and she didn't do too bad. And it's weird because my girlfriend and I always watch Slick Ric call out Buddy Landel...I've almost got it memorized.

Those old videos are fricking tits.

Considering he was right there and interrupting/hyping her, it was more than passable.

How exactly does one become the "GOAT" in a fake sport? Sorry for his passing and but seriously?

I remember some of the boys and me getting liquored-up and seeing him wrastle at The Township Auditorium in Columbia. It was, and still is, the only time I have ever seen wrastling live. I'll never forget the card.

Johnny Weaver
Thunderbolt Patterson
Jerry Brisco
Klondike Bill the Kodiak Bear

vs

Homer O'Dell
Rip Hawk
Swede Hanson
Killer Karl Kox

Those were the big boys at the time.

Rhodes was new to the circuit ... on the card he was billed as "The Midnight Rider" as part of an undercard tag team of little-knowns.

What made the night memorable was that there was a tag team between the big boys at the end of the night and Homer O'Dell was a manager turned wrastler ... and he got his arse beat. But the thing was, Rhodes jumped into the ring and hit him with a chair even though he was not part of the tag team.

Then Rhodes screams, "I hate fricking managers!"

Well, in the newspaper the next day there was this write-up in the sports page about how Rhodes, The Midnight Rider, had beat his manager up in Florida a couple of weeks before.

It was something to behold while liquored-up ... couldn't help but get into it.

I never went to another one.

The answer lies in your answer to the question are there actors that are better than other actors? If you think there are, how do you quantify it?
