Alabama did recruit Driskel 5 years ago.... it's not out of the realm of possibility. Maybe he just goes as a backup.

U do realize the SEC has a 2 year rule meaning one has to have 2 full years of eligibility to transfer if they have a degree from the other school?

I believe you are incorrect since there is an exception. I knew they talked about banning it, but they never really did.

that article goes in circles. pretty sure Coker was allowed to come to Bama as he had 2 years of eligibility after getting his graduate degree. Meaning he did not have to sit out. I think anyone an transfer to an SEC school and sit out a year. So I stand by my original statement as it was a factor in Coker.

To be fair Lane made Blake Sims almost a 3500 yard passer, so maybe he could make Driskel look competent.
