I know you guys are freaked out that Florida could win the east by chickening out of their tough SEC west game. (let's face it: that's what Foley is trying to pull.)
Don't worry. Georgia and Arkansas will beat them.
Florida will be rusty by the time the play Georgia, having only played 1 game in 27 days.
And Arkansas is just a better team.

In these type situations, the rule needs to be changed... If UT goes 6-0 in the division, they should go.

I agree Florida will lose to Arkansas. Georgia is even IMO. Who knows. But, Florida and LSU should be told they can't represent their divisions no matter what if they don't play the game. As for Foley trying to chicken out of a tough SEC game, that is just stupid. The economic impact of losing a big SEC home game is devastating, as LSU keeps telling us. Maybe better decisions could have been made, but you have to be pretty naïve to think that LSU and Florida don't want to play the game.
I wonder what everyone would be saying if Florida were playing the Commodores last weekend instead of the Tigers. They only won by 6 points.

I wonder why the rules don't simply state "whoever has the most SEC wins" instead of "who has the better record." That way, someone who goes 5-3 in-conference who beats someone who is 5-2 (hypothetically TN and FL respectively) would still be the division winner.
I could see how that was a problem back in the day, when not everyone played the same number of teams. But nowadays, we all play 8 games, unless someone pusses out of a game.

You know all that shite LSU talked this week? It pissed off the Gator players.
Now they all have an US AGAINST THE WORLD mentality.
6-1 UF over 6-2 UT.

Wow, that doesn't take much these days, does it?

This is why your fan base is getting ridiculed by basically everyone. You're hoping to use a loophole to sneak in to the championship. Luckily, I don't think there is any conceivable way that UT won't go in with the same amount of wins as you, whether that involves the conference forcing you to play or making a ruling that doesn't benefit you. Enjoy the thought of not playing and winning, fairy.
