There is nothing about vacating wins there.

Florida isn't vacating any wins. All they have to say is he took the drugs yesterday and his previous performances weren't in anyway impacted by the PED's. They are really reaching if they are hoping for those wins to be vacated.

Even if they're vacated it doesn't mean they become wins for the other team. Everybody knows that. Unfortunately you don't.
