I live in Tennessee and until proven otherwise, Vanderbilt owns this state.

A few observations...

- It's amazing how shitty the XII markets are. Texas and Oklahoma could literally take their ball and go home.

- It's interesting to see how many bandwagon fans there are along the borders. Nobody's jumping on board The Golden Gophers in Wisconsin or Iowa.

- I would have never thought tGrind commands top loyalty in Mississippi, at least in territory.

- The SEC has really helped establish Arkansas and South Carolina as the top brands in their states. That gives hope to Aggie in breaking the Whorns stranglehold on Big Tex.

- North Carolina would be the huge prize in any future conference realignment. All others are baby bros.

- Virginia Tech pwns Virginee. They would be the second best "get" after the Tar Heels.

- Colorado and Utah were really weak additions for the Pac-12. They should have found some way to accommodate Texas by blending the Longhorn Network into the Pac-12 Network.

Of course, I'm talking about Texas being reasonable.

I think he was talking about actual ownership. Vanderbilt alumni probably do own the state

Old Money folks usually do wear old threads which is why they have their money. Conversely, Old Money would never call themselves Old Money so dude is probably not Old Money.

Kind of crazy how popular Oregon has become out west, I guess they win for most realestate. I get the Texas oil people moving to North Dakota, but WTF is up with Florida fans in New England?

the sec had absolutely nothing to do with the hogs being the top brand in the state. it was the same way during the swc days.
