I don't think so, but it could. Time will tell. I don't think they could lock up Herman that quickly.

I'd think they atleast have somebody in mind. Or they wanted to make it clear they are "in the market"

Exactly. Joe has a track record of incompetency.
And even if they get Herman it might not work out. Charlie Strong was a top coach when he was hired too from a better program. You never know.

I really don't care who they get, as long as they can get this team to score at least 21 pts a game. With the athletes at LSU, an offensive minded coach would make them a scary offense.
