In 2011 I believe I went to the SMU-Aggy game on a Sunday after LSU played in Dallas and was treated to the best brisket I've ever had and it was cooked by a kid in his 20s

I also liked going to College Station a lot more when y'all were still in the Big 12 hospitality was a lot better

Believe it of not, you can get some damn fine BBQ in Seattle and Portland. The people who own the places are, generally, not from there though.

Kansas isnt known for bbq. Kansas CITY is, and that's in the state of missouri. Also STL is typically ranked 5th in the country in bbq cities. So thats TWO top 5.

No. I love CAROLINA BBQ ( Eastern NC, Lexington, and traditional SC BBQ- with hash and rice)
