According to a doctor who was close to athletics during the Nutt regime every player was using. Their performance showed it too I can't imagine things being different now.

Synthetic weed doesn't show up on drug tests. Also, it takes a lot of weed to show up. You smoke only once or twice a month, and you won't fail.

Would also like to point out that you can't physically OD on real Marijuana. You need to ingest like 50 pounds to OD. Spice is/was legal and can kill you.

My company now tests for spice. Cath them literally everyday.

Nowadays, if that's possible, a program is pretty much admitting they're encouraging cheating. There's a simple and cheap strip they can put on the cup that detects the temperature of its contents. It's pretty difficult to maintain the urine at the proper temperature to fool the thermometer.
