One player was hospitalized from smoking too much, another player jump out of a hotel window from smoking too much, ANOTHER player smokes so much he invented his own piece of drug peraphernalia but yet have not missed any games. How so?

Yeah, they "randomly drug test" the team..coincidentally it's always the 3rd team punter and long snapper. Funny how that works.

Yes they drug test but it's to make sure they are on drugs. If they come out of that dazed and confused stupor they would realize they are in Mississippi.

They signed to live in Mississippi for four years..they should! Give em a Rorschach, Wonderlic, Wechsler, and a Stanford-Binet too.

this tells me you are not a smoker.
In college we made our own gas mask and named it after our apartment.
Smokers are a creative bunch. Give a smoker weed but no device and you'll see some mcguyver shite.

Brings me back to middle school. Making a bowl with an aluminum can, tin foil, and a paperclip

Probably the first 10 or so times I smoked were out of aluminum cans. We would flatten one side and punch a bunch of holes in a small area for the bowl. Make another hole on the side for the carb.

And to answer your question, no we don't.
I don't see why it matters. It takes 6 fails to kick someone off the team at LSU. Seems kind of pointless to me.

Correction. You're allowed to fail 10 or more at LSU. That's some stern guidance there. I envy the moral fortitude.

It's an undergraduate program for the Ricky Williams Graduate Ganja Program at Texas.

Given how few players across CFB -- at least how few starters -- get suspended for drugs when nobody is naive enough to think drug use is uncommon in the college ranks, I'd say the discrepancy between drug use and drug use detection is a pretty universal problem. Remember how many time Honeybadger got away before Les finally had to put his foot down or start worrying about being investigated? That's just business as usual in CFB.
Also, I thought the appeal of spice was that it is harder to detect? Did I misunderstand? We didn't have spice back in my day. Or, if we did, it wasn't very popular.

You can't drug test for Spice.

The NCAA mandates drug testing only for the championship game in each sport, and each football bowl game.

Excellent point. It's probably why a lot of people tried it in the first place. Unlike marijuana, spice is addicting and very damaging. There have been confirmed deaths because of it.

There was an earlier thread by pharmacist that indicated Tunzil and a few others used urine from the 3rd team QB in passing drug tests
