They were an overhyped 3 loss team going into this game against a team that probably deserved to be playing Ohio st in the playoffs. TCU had something to prove and Ole Miss just isn't used to Atlanta this late in the season. Can we give them a pass? I understand LSU doesn't deserve one before yall start.

If you want to change the perception of your program, they needed to put up a bigger fight than the turd they laid.

Ole Miss got the short straw on bowl selections, TCU is easily a CFP caliber team...so yes.
But that kind of beating? Damn.

Ole Miss scored 7 vs. LSU.

Congrats to them for managing 3 vs. a much better team.

Way to go, Black Bear.

Yea, sometimes teams aren't used to the big stage. Look at bama in 2008

No. They got their asses destroyed by a better coaching staff and a better team. Deal with it and move on with life.

I understand where you're coming from but 1. none of us would've gotten one (we'd have been eaten alive by tRant) 2. they had a good season 3. they had the talent to compete in that game but their QB, OL, and Coach melted. They were outplayed and outcoached. If they'd put up a fight then maybe but there was very little fight for much of the game.

That said, I'm not gonna go out of my way to pick on them about it. Losses like that suck - hard.

Exactly. Ole Miss fooled several people. I was never one of them. Hell of a way to go out in your best season in 40 years

As an Ole Miss fan I was/am pretty disappointed in the performance.

Given that TCU is a really good team (top 5 imo) and we were without any offense due to our top two WR's being out, I'm not that upset really.

Team looks great for next year if we can get the OL sorted out and some WR's back. Our QB play really can't get much worse than it was the last half of the year.
