I haven't seen a guy flattened that consistently since Kevin Bacon in Animal House.Or maybe Kevin Kline in "A Fish Called Wanda". It was like a cartoon, I kept looking if his jersey said "Wile. E Coyote" on the back but I could never see the back because he was always on his back. Pour some maple syrup on him and serve him for Sunday breakfast.

Garrett is weak sauce.

aTm talks him up. He feasted on shitty teams this year.

He's gonna be a beast though.

But the rest of the D will continue to break down all around him.

Three things that have never been mentioned in the same conversation together before now. Safe to say you're not still in college.

He is going to be beast, but he got owned tonight. Unfortunately for him, the A&M defense is garbage, so he will never amount to much in college.

LSU ran for more yards tonight than they ever have in the Les Miles tenure, 80% of it straight at Pancake Garrett.

He may be a beast on another team but that one has to play LSU every year. And he looks like a high school kid up against LSU.

He should not have been out there in half the plays that he was, particularly when we ran I-form against them. He isn't physically ready to deal with a run game like ours, and thats not a slight on him at all. Like a lot of pass rushers in HS, he came into college strong but lean. Got pushed around.

That said, kudos to DIllon GOrdon and Lael Collins for manhandling a future stud.

A&M coaches should probably teach him gap responsibility. Man was he just completely out of place in the run game all night.

Also, probably dont play your pass rush specialist ALL GAME against a team running it right at him. Seriously, do you not have anyone else? At one point he called over to the sidelines to be taken off and he was waived to STAY ON

The kid has double digit sacks in the SEC as a true freshman. He's already a great pass rusher, but he isn't ready to go toe to toe with a guy like Collins in the run game.
