I noticed lately, even during the dynasty years, that Alabama a lot of times will just suck against lesser teams and just blow much harder competition out of the water.

A good example is Alabama vs. GSU in 2011.

In that game, GSU scored 21 points, which was over double the amount of points that the team that finished 2nd nationally scored against Alabama in 2 games.

Of course that could just mean that GSU > LSU.

Sort of. Our coaches use those gimme games to try new things, but we do look sluggish and out of sync in a lot of them.
