They have whipped and owned LSU in everything. Discuss.

Alabama had lost three of four going into today, including 9-2 in the midweek game at Southern Miss. Bad series loss for LSU at home.

And yet Bama still leads the series head to head.

a series loss, at home, is never a good thig, but the rest of the SEC is just finding out what most (ones that had a clue) LSU fans were expecting before the season. LSU replaced 8 bats in the lineup from last year's team. I don't care who you are, that's not going to be a situation where you should expect to be a great team. I liken LSU this year to Florida a few years back. They went from a college world series team to finishing 29-30 the next year because they lost 6 or 7 positional starters. LSU has a lot of talent still, but it's very young talent.

If you want to believe Alabama is a better baseball program than LSU go right ahead. Everyone else will just laugh at you

Have to admit, we played 2 poor games. Can't take it from Bama though. Their pitching is spot on and they got clutch hits when we didn't. This team is very young though. I think we improve throughout the year.

We're 26-8-2 at Tigah Stadium and 2 of those losses were to Saban.

Why were y'all ranked so high after losing 8 bats?
