I'm a big college football fan. I watch NFL games, but I don't go out of my way to watch every single NFL game and I don't take time to watch any games from the past seasons.

I LOVE to watch old college football games. It is a great way to bring back memories and to remember great teams, great plays, great moments of the sport, and great players.

I enjoy going to YouTube and watch the games.

I'm sure I'm not the only person that watches old games for fun.

During the boring times of the offseason I do sometimes. I really wish the SEC Network would show more old games instead of whatever the hell they show.

I enjoy watching select old games.

The '05(?) NC between UTx/USCw is one that never gets old. That game, that finish, and so many great players mixed with Keith Jackson will be timeless for myself.

I imagine there will be a lot of Tennessee fans in this thread soon enough.

I thought about what it was about watching old games that gives me the fuzzies... Besides just nostalgia... I figure that another part of it is watching games that might just be a footnote in a Wikipedia article or something you scroll over in an old schedule is like opening a book in the history of CFB. Esp when you think about how much went into every game... The strategies... The personalities... Every game was someone's first... And someones last. I guess there's some sort of philosophical immortality thing in there somewhere. I sure as hell can't articulate it.

My girlfriend used to make fun of me for watching old games, especially ones I saw in person. Now I think she genuinely feels sad for me lol....

Meanwhile, keeping up with the kardashians is important stuff.

I can't watch previous games any more. I start feeling older than I should, especially games from the late 90's and early 2000's.

YES YES YES I especially like the ones that don't let on what the outcome will be - if it's not an Alabama game, I sometimes don't know who wins so it's almost like watching a fresh game. One of the channels that replays old games will give commentary from the player and coaches. That is interesting, but it can give away the score...

This past Thanksgiving I was recovering from surgery so I was left home alone all day! There was a marathon of SEC games from the 80's and I watched them all - 4 or 5 games. I was amazed at how much rougher the games were in those days. During a game between LSU and I believe Auburn, LSUs quarterback took a nasty helmet to the chin. I can't believe he got up from it. The announcer made a comment about how the ole helmet to the chin will get you every time. No foul, no penalty, or ejection. I think his name was Woodson...

Yep. Just in the past two weeks I've watched 02 and 04 Iron Bowl, 04 and 05 Auburn UGA, both 04 games against Tennessee, 06 and 07 Auburn Florida, and 2014 AU Ole Miss and AU K-State.

I'll hit em hard for a week then won't touch them for awhile. Probably won't watch much more until August.

I enjoy watching season highlights from various key games. There is too much new stuff to do and watch to spend time watching an entire game that I already remember the gist of.
