I was just thinking about the Bama fans over on Tidefans and how all they have is each other and reading through the threads here today, I just had to laugh and think about how life is a lot more entertaining with the different opinions.
Oh, and is LSU getting any kind of banner from being 2012 SEC WEST Champions or anything? We could hang it next to wherever we put our 2003 SEC WEST Co-Champion banner. Let me know when you know. Thanks!

Same thing happens to me when I tell people about buying beef jerky online. The idea of beef jerky from the internet just confounds some people.

But probably more knowledgable and actually level headed since we are able to actually discuss things with those who differ instead of having to be reinforced by the same opinion all the time.

I feel sorry for people who post here 247, not that it isn't a great site, it is, but there are a ton of fringe fans who like to argue about the same two or three topics everyday.

i like the rant and get a laugh every day, but there is a juvenile segment of rant that is just about witty zingers, snarky commentary, thread baiting, and insulting relentlessly other fans and their teams.
