or have we moved up to a tenn./fla. type of level? not talking about this year's team. just as a program in general? i think we are a one year (3 year) wonder and back on kentucky's level, where we always have been.

Better than Kentucky, not on Florida/Tenn level especially with last year and this year not looking good. One of my favorite SEC teams as long as Spurrier is there.

Probably on par with UK. Just above Clemson, though, so it's not all bad.

The facilities are in place to be competitive in the east. And certainly good enough to attract a top flight coach after the OBC hangs up his shingle.

I'd say the future is bright for the Gamecocks.

Carolina just went through like 3 10+ win seasons but took a step back last year. That's enough to have them ahead of UK. But don't sleep on the Cats. Stoops is doing a good job and if he sticks around, they could pop off a few 8 win seasons to build some momentum.

You're on that Arkansas/A&M level historically.

SC and Missouri will be on the same level. Below TN,Florida and Georgia but above Vandy and Kentucky.

Might as well get ready for it Missouri, if not this year then next year. Just get yourselves prepared to be in the second tier of the east in the years to come.
You will return to mediocrity although you never really left mediocrity.

I mean you're not at Florida or Old Tennessee level, but you're not at the bottom either- with Spurrier you guys are in the middle of the pack- think Ole Miss, Arky, Tamu, Mizzou, MSU under Mullen. The question is if you'll be able to retain that level when the OBC hangs up his headset and visor.
