having real responsibilities now, it's a lot easier to have perspective, so no I don't

No. I'll still watch a lot of games, but nothing that happens on a football field really impresses me anymore.

I've never been a fan of the NFL.

As I've gotten older I've become less concerned about sports in general. I think that happens when you mature and have other responsibilities in life.

I had to back off on my passion for can for my own well being. Made the decision on some random date in the fall of 2012.

It'll be nice to have zero expectations this year. Like a hiatus

The more I've been exposed to other sports, the less I've cared about football.

Care more about college but don't give a frick about the NFL. I think it's a boring product compared to college football. It probably has a lot to do with the atmospheres though and recently going to school at LSU.

I care about the game. Very much into it. I follow all my game day superstitions and don't tolerate distractions.

However, I'm pretty even keel with wins and losses nowadays.

When Hurts scored with so much time on the clock for Clemson, I already had visions of the UA vs UGA SEC CG knowing it would be a nail biter. When it unfolded as it did, I didn't say much. Was disappointed but couldn't deny it was a great game to watch.

Same here. I don't get the highs and especially the lows like I used to over football.

Each year I lose a little more interest.

I still pull for AU, try to go to a game or 2, and watch most on TV. This fall, I will play golf if sunny.

It is what it is.

The last few years have been very disappointing as an LSU fan. I'll always be a huge fan/ supporter of LSU but, the excitement has definitely decreased.

Yup. Its lost luster.

Blame it on Bama

I blame it on Bert. He has sicker all the joy out of Razorback football for me.

i think a lot of people are just fans of a team as opposed to college football fans. nothing wrong with that. as a fan of college football the excitement will always be there for me.

1/9/12 changed me. Took me an hour after the game to shake myself off and realize I was a 21 year old on my first trip to Vegas and I needed to stop being a little bitch and go have some fun.

I then realized I blew the majority of the money I had on me betting heavy on LSU.

Bama made me quit

Yep, then I graduated. I've slowly cared less every year since. Then the whole Les Miles gets fired but then beats a&m and then he isn't fired, then he gets fired 4 games into the next season made me almost completely numb to college football. It's fun to watch and I go to the games but it doesn't affect me much.
