I know there was talk of mutiny last season. How do fans react if usc loses at home?

3 11 win seasons probably bought him a Beamer pass.

LULz.
Spurrier could drink a fifth of moonshine, ride go carts all night, sleep for two hours, wake up, play nine, and still beat Kentucky by two touchdowns.
AND he'd have a kick arse presser after the game.
Kentucky football is a joke, that game is that easy.

Yeah, it was really easy for them last season.

Well, he obviously didn't ride go carts all night last year.
That's where he fricked up.

Spurrier is done, it's over

If we lose to UNC week one and then UK week two then there would definitely be some rumblings. Losing to just UK would not produce a lot of people calling for Spurrier's job I don't think simply because it would be week 2
Now if we lose to UNC and UK in a similar fashion we did last year (no defense) then the criticism wouldn't be on whether Spurrier should coach, but rather why the frick did he hire whatever our DC's name is

Spurrier will never be fired... He turned a dumpster fire into a competitor.

Maybe they demand he be fired, but killing him seems a bit extreme.

He certainly won't be fired, but I can see SC fans turning on him this year if they don't bounce back.

Didn't stop them from keeping him around last year after we whipped em. Why would losing again this year be any different?

Guess you don't know that the term "whipped" is used when a team blows out another team.
So it would be accurate to state that USC whipped UK in 2011 when USC won 52-3, but inaccurate to state UK whipped USC in 2014 when UK won 45-38

We call those flukes. Glad you could beat our worst team since Spurrier has been here.

Kentucky winning two in a row in football would be like them losing two in a row in basketball. Aint gonna happen

You want so badly to believe this that it's a little sad.
I'll be kinda surprised if USC loses to UK Week 2 at home, but it's possible. If this year mimics last year's debacle, then I think he'll go ahead and retire, and Tanner will have to hire a football coach and a baseball coach in the same athletic year.
I expect a 9/10 win season this year, as I don't see anyone in the conference who is head-and-shoulders above anyone else. It all boils down to what Hoke can do with some new talent, and the maturing talent that he inherited.
