Just figured I'd get that out of the way now. Someone let the ESPN guys know.

That kid is going to be exceptional before it is all said and done, IMO.

Who and I mean that literally not sarcastically?

Did announcers mention last year that he was supposed to be a HS senior at every possible opportunity like they did with Austin Wiley at AU this year?

Yea I agree with you here. The kid has talent, but his attitude toward the game is amazing. The kid wants to be a winner and is determined to be a winner. As long as Muschamp can surround him with good enough talent, I believe he can get USCe back to a 10 win team.

I don't know about the rest but I didn't. I don't pay much attention to other team's players til the season starts. Plus, I'm not happy with our football right now so I've paid even less attention to it overall.

We've got to figure out some things up front, but we have some solid skill players around him. RB, TE, WR all look a lot better than they did a couple years ago.

Shouldn't be a problem. Boom is known for bringing in top tier offensive talent

We should have a crapload of RBs this year, that is for sure. A few of them may be competent as well.

I thought he was the Luv Guv of Alabama.

That is a little misleading because Jacob Eason is 19 years old and 5 months... Well Bentley is also 19 years old and 5 months. So they are the exact same age but Bentley got held back a year. Bentley played one less year of high school football that is the only difference...

Can't bring facts here bro. You'll get downvoted.

Thank you! The same thing happened with Calvin Ridley his freshman year at Alabama. I think he turned 20 or 21 after the season was over... He should have been class of 2013. Calvin is about 9 months older than Deshaun Watson, and Calvin is heading into his junior season (No Redshirt)

He was held back a year specifically for football. His dad wanted to have some space between his brother and him and wanted to coach both. He was also as old as any other freshman in college and age is what matters since it so often = physical development. He's the same age as a sophomore now.
Bentley's story makes good press but it's BS.

Exactly... I was so sick of hearing how Bentley should be at his senior prom the second half of the season... You can tell the tv networks do about 30 minutes of research before their games.
