Since we gave up 700 yards of total offense and still won?

Can't imagine LSU ever doing that

Basically by nursing 14-21 point leads instead of 3 he won't lose games when 3rd and Chavis gives up a couple TDs in the last two minutes

You mean he doesn't have to have his defense give up less than 21 points in order to win the ball game?

Has LSU ever allowed a team to put 700 yards on them?

Is this a brag thread? I'm confused.

September 24, 2011:

West Virginia - 533 yards of total offense, 4 turnovers
LSU - 366 yards of total offense, 0 turnovers

Final score - LSU 47, West Virginia 21

Indeed. He couldn't afford to play third and Chavis at a school that doesn't score, but we are the perfect fit. This plus Miles getting the axe has made Chief look like a genius this year

Congrats again on the great hire. And by the way, where is our $400K?

And oh yeah, 5 in a row bitch.

So you're asking if he made the right choice because no one cares about defense in College Station?

If he just wants to lay around and collect a check, yes, he made the right choice.

So, let me get this straight.

You are bragging that Chavis made the right choice because his shitty defense is carried by a good offense?

Ok. I'll give you this one. You can have this argument.

I'm just going to agree with you.

Laying around is his #2 skill, right behind stuffing his fat face.

Because his unit can have an off day and we still win? His side of the ball doesn't have to carry the team every Saturday? When the day comes that LSU actually has a decent offense and wins a shootout maybe you'll see the light on this
