Did anybody notice this on The Strip Saturday night?

I've seen the van in Bham. Never thought it would actually be advertising illegal substances. Bold and stupid.

I don't think hemp lollipops are illegal. You can't even get high from hemp. It's in the marijuana family, but has no THC. It's used to make rope.

They were in Atlanta a week ago. Selling right in front of cops and not a damn thing happened lol
